Yes. Most of our working sessions happen via video call, which means geography is rarely a barrier for Malaysian businesses. For engagements where in-person workshops are genuinely valuable — particularly brand strategy or tabletop exercises — we discuss travel arrangements as part of scoping. We currently work with businesses in Perak, Selangor, and the Klang Valley.

Every engagement is covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement before any substantive discussion begins. We do not share client information with third parties, and we do not use your business details as case study material without your explicit written consent. You receive all agreed deliverables — documents, frameworks, plans — that belong entirely to you. We schedule a close-out session to walk through the outputs and confirm your team understands how to use them. Post-engagement, we offer a 30-day window where you can reach out with follow-up questions at no additional charge.

If something material changes during the engagement, we discuss it openly and agree on how to adjust scope — whether that means narrowing focus, extending the timeline, or pausing work. Any changes are documented in writing before they take effect.
